Registration Details

Important: The attendee’s name must be clearly stated on the bank transfer. Any associated bank charges must be covered by the sender.

Insurance and Liability

The registration fee does not include personal or property insurance, and the EIEC2025 Organisation will not assume any responsibility for injury or damage throughout the event.

Participants are advised to make their own insurance arrangements (e.g., travel, valuables, medical assistance) before traveling.

If the conference is postponed or cancelled in its whole due to force majeure events, or due to circumstances not imputable to wrongful intent or gross negligence from the EIEC Conference Organisation, the participants cannot hold the Organisation liable for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as (but not limited to) travel and accommodation costs or other indirect losses and consequential damages.

Registration Fees

• Early Registration (before March 31th): €450 (VAT included)

• Standard Registration (from April 1st): €500 (VAT included)

• Early or Standard Registration for accompanying persons: €360 (VAT included)

• Registration closes on April 30th. No registrations will be accepted after this date.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made on or before April 30th will be refunded, minus a €100 cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be issued after April 30th for cancellations or failure to attend.
