• Reservations must be made directly by participants via email (melia.ria@meliaportugal.com) or phone (+351 234 401 000), mentioning the reservation code (EIEC2025).

• Any reservation made through other means (e.g., online booking sites) will be subject to the rate indicated on the site and not the special rate provided here, even if the reservation comments mention that the guest is attending the specified event.

• A block of 60 rooms will be held until March 20, 2025. After this date and up to 7 days before the check-in date, subject to availability, reservations requested will be confirmed under the same contracted conditions unless we receive other instructions from you.

• Reservations must be paid directly by participants at least 7 days prior to arrival (a link for payment via MBWay, Multibanco, credit card, or bank transfer details will be sent upon reservation confirmation). Payments are non-refundable in case of cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

Additional Hotel Services (Not Included in the Price)

• Health Club Access (Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish Bath, and Gym): €15.00/use/adult and €7.50/child (4 to 12 years old)/use

• Half Board (+1 main meal, Chef's suggestion, excluding beverages): €25.00/person (12 years old)/night (children 4-12 years old receive a 50% discount)
